I have 2 of the 30,000 btu units and one 75,000 btu unit. I couldn't be happier with their performance and reliability. I went with these over the competition because of the compact design and the quality that they are built with. The Reznor brand may cost more but I have dealt with other heaters that have failed and caused pipes in the garage to freeze. Now I can leave for days at a time without thinking twice about what's going on back at home in sub zero temps.

Great thermostat with lots of config options. I love the smartphone app! This thermostat was easy to install, connect to my wifi and then configure. The online interface is laid-out in a straight-forward manner that is fairly intuitive. The phone was easy to download and I was immediately able to use it to control my thermostat. Installed it in a 16ft x 20ft building. Works extremely well. Keeps the building at 50 degrees when unoccupied, then heats it up to 70 degrees fast when occupied.
