Received my New Yorker. Very easy to install tried it works good only thing now is waiting for cold weather to test how good it is sure its be the best.

Built by a division of Weil McLain the boiler it is similar to their products. Seems to be build well and I hope to have years of trouble free working status. A little difficult to install given the position of the ports. I will recommend this product to others.

Envision the air flow between where the air will eventually come in and where it will be exhausted once you install the ductwork. I had someone install it, so I cannot say how easy that was, but setting up the wifi and the rest of the settings was a breeze. It's too soon to see if it's learning anything, but just having the app on my phone is great. Very happy so far, thank you!

The unit tends to leak through pinholes which are due to impurity of copper tube material from cheap production country. The oil, a part of Freon makes most plastics parts brittle and replace indoor unit. This situation is a subject of recall, however, the company avoids ruining the company name offering free replacement parts for long period. I have repair three pin holes in one indoor unit.
