The unit tends to leak through pinholes which are due to impurity of copper tube material from cheap production country. The oil, a part of Freon makes most plastics parts brittle and replace indoor unit. This situation is a subject of recall, however, the company avoids ruining the company name offering free replacement parts for long period. I have repair three pin holes in one indoor unit. I wasn't totally content with the installation, which has nothing to do with you personally - that was on my end. But once installed, everything is running very well. Incidentally, this is the third Goodman furnace I have purchased.
