Would have rated this system 5 stars across the board, but the equipment manuals were poorly written. Equipment: Impressed with the quality of manufacturing, and the quietness of both outdoor and indoor units. Manuals: 1. My contractor purchased the 151 combi from local warehouse. I just wanted to share experiences for the whole deal of getting this one. I had it installed a few days ago by a local contractor who claimed certified by Bosch. Technicians under supervision by certified plumber were struggling of how they were going to install and had it fired, back and fort with rewiring, and reconnect piping for a few occasions, saying they were difficult to install. Excellent Product Jul 27, 2016

Have had it up and running for about 4 days now, and have had no complaints. Using this for the main source of heat in a single wide trailer in the state of Maine. Got this for my sister and she called me last nite, temp was in the 20's outside and inside was 75 degrees, warmest she has ever had it in the cold weather since she has lived there for 30 years. Even one of her cats is not sleeping with them now, she is sleeping in the cat toy next to the furnace.
