I installed this unit about a month ago to heat/cool our 3rd floor loft (finished attic) and it has been working flawlessly so far. It is energy efficient and was straightforward to install using the instructions provided and the appropriate tools (torque wrench, vacuum pump in addition to standard tools). it was installed on the august 16, 2016 I installed the furnace and the coil and the central unit also changed the duct work and had it all set up I do have a license. but I felt this being a new type to me I called April country air to make sure the warrant was good and they was here In good time now the central unit has been running good and keeping the home at the same temp. we will see how it dose in cold weather I do want to thank you do I need warrant papers or is the paper good

Installed it in a 16ft x 20ft building. Works extremely well. Keeps the building at 50 degrees when unoccupied, then heats it up to 70 degrees fast when occupied.
