Received unit only issue unit would be left in driveway not placed on porch. Family strained and put unit inside house. My only complaint. Unit working great. Cold Air Rocks. It has been a sweat box. Good product and great price. I strongly recommend a/c unit.

Better Than I Expected Aug 07, 2016

Installed this system in a uninsulated summer cottage. Quick to install, I had to do some carpentry work to re-support the ceiling where I cut out 2 x 2's but when I was done it really turned out better that I expected. I'll definitely buy Gree again and will recommend EComfort to all. They were the absolute best.

Our main house is cooled by a 2.5 ton conventional a/c. I replaced that unit in June with a new American Standard (Trane) a/c. On the back of the house is a Florida room 44' x 12' that was not air conditioned. Three sides of the room are sliding glass doors, circa 1989, overlooking a lake and facing east. i'm sure they put out outstanding products but this is about a technician named george that works there i called about a thermostat model 1F79-111 as we talked he was extremely helpful and extremely knowledgeable and would SURE HAVE THIS DIRECTED TO MANAGEMENT as well to other customers you know these days your lucky enough to just get VERY VERY brief information would like to thank you again sure would'nt hurt to have alot of georges around
