Had this boiler for 2 winters now in MA. First winter was hard. This last one less so. Great product. Made is USA. Cast iron. Will last forever my plumber tells me. Still 84% efficient. Doesn't need yearly maintenance like the higher efficient junk out there. That high efficient junk also requires a power vent that is super loud. Consider that too in your purchase. Easy for a DIY handyman to install. Fired up without problems. Got a kick out of delivery man stating "You'll really like this furnace....I installed two of them in homes I own". This was the second Goodman furnace I installed for relatives. Highly recommended.
