At this point I cannot review performance as we have not yet used the heated floor. I will say that I am impressed with the cost of this product from eComfort. We surveyed several options for purchasing the DitraHeat and eComfort was significantly less than the other options. I found this company online and I didn't know much about the company, but I started looking on there website and I found the unit that I needed to get my a/c up and running. The customer service was very helpful and the delivery driver was very nice and helpful. If some is looking to replace there unit to save money, this is the place. Thanks
