I have 2 of the 30,000 btu units and one 75,000 btu unit. I couldn't be happier with their performance and reliability. I went with these over the competition because of the compact design and the quality that they are built with. The Reznor brand may cost more but I have dealt with other heaters that have failed and caused pipes in the garage to freeze. Now I can leave for days at a time without thinking twice about what's going on back at home in sub zero temps.

We replaced an Amana unit with the LG that claimed to be the quietest on the market. It is definitely quieter and we have had it installed for two weeks, running every day, however it is not quiet by any means. There is some type of groan towards shut down that lasts for about 10-15 seconds. It also runs more than the Amana did which I'm sure will result in higher electrical bills. Great Stuff Oct 10, 2016

I have used this product before. I would not do a shower using any other product. You spend a lot of time and $ doing a new shower, you should do it right. With this, I know everything is sloped properly, the products fit together and it will be waterproof. We used the shower for a few weeks while tile was on its way last time as the shower is watertight, even without tile.

Hooked up the heater in late June, so no way to tell how it will work when the cold weather arrives. Hook up was easy, except the schematic didn't really tell which of the possible 5-6 spots the two line thermostat was to be hooked. Blew a fuse the first time I turned it on, but the second placing of the thermostat lines worked.

Just purchased this minisplit system for a barn tack room and had it professionally installed, all went well and it is wonderfully suited for this room. It is quiet and efficient and so far is working perfect. We had very cold weather (single digits) and it heated the space effortlessly.
